About Me:: With a PhD in the Anthropology of Resource Use in hand, I focus on several areas at the moment:
1. Burn Green Soiree: A Bay Area once a month Soiree and on-line networking group to foment innovative solutions to sustainability problems among local government, sustainability businesses, non-profits, engineers, mechanics, Burning Man artists and funders with deep pockets.

Developing an offset business that encourages industrial cogeneration to support eco/social benefits of renewable energy generation in disadvantaged communities.

3. Small Scale Renewable Power in Developing Countries
Developing an offset business with monitarily determined social benefits supporting small scale power generation, improved cookstoves and organic /fair trade agriculture.

4. Concrescent Arts:
Creating primarily functional art in which I use 95% recycled materials. Fountains, lamps, sconces, candlesticks, music stands, - most pieces are lit with LEDs, and are of mixed materials. Can be made to order.

The Cedar Grove-Belgium High School Art Club is pleased to announce our 7th annual Earth Day Postcard Contest and poetry art show....

The Guidelines:

-Entries should in some way relate to nature or protecting the earth

-This show is open to all artists. All work must be original and about the size of a normal postcard (4 x 6 inches)

- Deadline for entry is: April 8th, 2008

-All Artwork will not be returned.
