- About Me:
- Currently located in the Houston Clear Lake office in the Criminal Law Department at the prestigious law firm of Bailey & Galyen, Samuel Cammack has been a successful prosecutor and defense lawyer since 2002. He has been involved in more than 8,000 cases in his career and has won 82 out of 86 trials that have appeared before a jury.
Mr. Cammack received his Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He also finished at the top of his class in 11 different areas of law and received the Prima Excellencia Award for his outstanding achievements.
After graduation, Mr. Cammack went on to be admitted to the Texas Bar in 2002. He then began his law career as a prosecutor in Harrison County, Texas. There he was involved in many cases as a prosecutor including Misdemeanor DWI and Felony Aggravated Sexual Assault. He also was involved in mental hearings, bond forfeiture proceedings and revocations.
Mr. Cammack is also a former Felony Assistant District Attorney and has previously worked for Justice Eva Guzman at the 14th Court of Appeals. He is licensed in Federal Court, and is an active member of the following associations:
• The Houston Trial Lawyers Association
• The Association of Trial Lawyers of America
• The Criminal Trial Lawyers Association of America
Mr. Cammack has represented and counseled many high-profile felony cases and is a regular panelist on CNN’s “Nancy Grace” show.
