John Wyers said… - Hi Peter and thank you for your post. If you didn't catch it, the name of the company that produces the denim insulation is Bonded Logic. The product is called Ultra Touch and is made from recycled blue jeans. It comes in the standard 16x94 inch batts, 5 to a package. At this point it's more expensive than fiberglass insulation, but it's wonderful to work with and has acoustic as well as thermal insulative qualities. Another source for green building supplies is a company called Building for Health. I saw that you're interested in low VOC paints.. A company called Anna Sova makes, among other things, milk paint comprised of primarlily food grade components. You might want to check them out as well.
