As a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner, author and public speaker specializing in mind-body therapies, herbalism, hypnotherapy, flower essence and aromatherapy and coaching, I choose to be involved in wellness by working with children & families.
I am dedicated to opening the world of holistic health to future generations. Our children are the future of our world. It is our job to teach them to respect and love this planet - but first, we need to help them to respect and love themselves.
As a single mom of 3 Indigo teenagers, each day is a challenge and a reward. I enjoy being outdoors, reading, playing, listening to music and being with friends.

I'm doing well, thanks. Happy New Year to you too. I haven't met with my group as of this year yet. I'm doing some major healing on myself at this time, then I'll once again focus on what direction I want to take the group.
