- American married to a French native and living in France for 35 years, I am partially deaf and have been raised in an entirely hearing environment (never learned sign language). I have four children, of which college age twins still live at home. My spiritual interests include paganism, principally Earth/Elemental/Shamanism, Native American sprituality and Zen Buddhism. I am a true child of Mother Earth.

Your determination to work with your body is inspiring! Are you familiar with Yoga Journal? They have a great website www.yogajournal.com with tons of information & links that may be of interest to you. Whenever I have questions, that's the first place I go to. Very ethical yoga source. Let me know how things go.
It was lovely hearing from you and I'm glad to hear about your meditation practice. I was wondering, can you do any yoga or exercise at all with your arthritis?
