- I am a Peruvian physics engineer, specialized in sustainable energy and environment. I studied in Romania and Germany. In 1997, I came back to my country. Since then, I try to demonstrate to all levels, the relation between energy and climate change.
Now, I am advising the Peruvian Ministry of Energy and Mines and I would like to reproduce a local Earth Day. I am preparing now a proposal to be submitted to my boss. So, I need support.
