I heard that HEP ( Hydro Electric Power ) from dams creates pollution. If I am not mistaken it was methane gas. My first reaction was absolutely surprised. So my question is, is this true or false?

Hydro Electric Power - production of pollution? Interesting question, the answer is not obvious but what is known is that all of the concrete that is used to make a Hydro Dam was made via a process that generates an enormous amount of Carbon, and is one of the biggest producers of carbon emission.
